I attended as a support person for a friend. My friend was most grateful for the kind and informative consult with the Dr. I on the other hand after my friend had been called in for her consult was called out to rudely across the room by the receptionist (lady with short grey hair) enquiring as to whether I had signed in - to which I acknowledged politely I had. Only to be admonished 'we don't have these signs here for nothing!' Not sure what her problem was but as a receptionist who also works in a busy inner city medical centre I was seriously unimpressed. Most of all I made a mental note to myself to always try to treat everyone with respect regardless of how my own day is going.

I have no clue why I’m waiting, literally no one else is in the cue it’s just me and I’m still having wait times The people are usually quite nice though

I tripped while out walking and came in at 1705 and left at 1855 with a cast on my fractured wrist. I can’t fault this service. From the informed receptionist,to the competent nurse Jude ,friendly X-ray radiologist , efficient Doctor Will. Nurse Jude completed with a plaster cast. Congratulations ,on a smooth running , professional team for their fantastic service.

Just want to thank the receptionist, Nurse and the doctor who helped my cousin to obtain his covid free cert for travelling. His Father passed away and he had to travel to India to attend his final rights, without the cert he was not allowed to board the flight. They helped us to get our test done in 10 min after explaining our situation. Sorry i cant remember the names with the emotions going around but cant say how grateful we are. Thanks

Receptionist will say 90 mins, nurses will say 120ons, and then even after 3 hours, even with no patients waiting you will still be there waiting. If you want to see a doctor with quality service, go to Kenepuru Hospital A and E

A terrible place. I’m not sure how the receptionist here still has a job - extremely rude and unprofessional. Might treat you better if you’re pākehā - seems like that kind of place.

I am the companion of the patient, I sat down on one of the chairs while the px was being interviewed by the other receptionist. Suddenly, the other receptionist ( the old lady, with short grey hair) shouted at me and said I need to stay with the px. So rude as everyone could hear it. No manners. They need to train their staff to be respectful.

How can you call yourself after hours when you close at 9! In a major city of New Zealand! You want people to not go to ed. I need a dr now but you aren’t open
