Great experience - we emailed asking about an Espresso machine, got a quick response, visited the showroom that morning, and walked out not long after with the machine. The staff member we dealt with (Zach) was great, he knew his stuff, didn't try to push us into buying more bits, and gave us awesome advice on what we were buying. We'll definitely be back for services and coffee bits and bobs when we need them, thanks team!

Reached out to Espresso Ninja to order a recondition kit for my E61 group head. What a great hassle free experience! The Ninjas got back to me quickly, immediate shipping, great communication, easy payment. Also ordered a new mushroom that was out of stock, 2 business days later its in and ready to ship, added a few more seals etc and had it all sorted in no time.
