I found the advertising a bit misleading. That you got unlimited mileage with van hire if you hired for three or more days. But this is actually at an additional cost, of around 170. So be prepared. Van was nice, but had some old food left in the glove compartment.

good experience using Vancy to do a house move. Truck was very well kept and in great condition for use. Dude on phone was a little grumpy but was alright in person (having a bad day maybe?) , other dude was really nice and helpful. Great value for money. Would use again when i move

Rented a truck last minute and the staff member was really helpful, pointed out exactly how to work the diesel tank, where the gears were in the transmission and explained everything regarding payment so that there were no nasty surprises. Definitely puts car rental companies to shame. Will definitely use these guys again without question when we need a truck or van again. Highly recommended!

Another company had double booked the van I needed and told me when I arrived. Boo. I went to Martin at Vancy and even though it was short notice (ie the same day) he found an option, a van was returning at 4pm. Better later than never I thought. But then he rang to say it came back early, so we were able to get it earlier. Martin was really professional, helpful and friendly. Kia ora!!!
