Ash and his fellow mechanics are brilliant at what they do. Myself and my extended family members have been their customers for more than a decade now. They are very friendly and easy to talk to. They provide good assessment of possible problems, clear advise as to what needs to be done, including alternative solutions and estimated cost. They will call and advise if they have discovered any additional issues that need to be attended to and get approval before attending to those issues. I wish all mechanics were like these guys! I have no hesitation in recommending this outfit to my fellow motorists.

Have been using WGP Autocentre for quite a few years now for my regular car servicing and any repairs, always found them to be nice genuine people. I like that if there are any issues they call to discuss options and pricing so there are no surprises when I pick the car up [unlike my old garage!] Early morning drop off and a free courtesy car are also very convenient as I commute.

When you take your car to a mechanic you expect with their level of knowledge and expertise that it will be fixed. I took my car to Ash in June last year with the engine light on. 7 months later my engine light is still on. My car broke down twice after he worked on it, an issue that it never had before. He charged me 2500 and I still have a car that has the same problem. He promised me that he would refund me if the issue persisted, which he is now refusing to do. Taking it legal is my next step!
