Awesome friendly staff that went above and beyond for my son when we came in to see The All Blacks for the recent jersey launch. We were unfortunately late (love Auckland traffic)we got there just as they were packing up my son was guttered he couldn't get his number printed BUT they unpacked the printing machine and gave my boy his chosen number 8 on the back of his jersey. May seem like nothing to some people but it meant so much to my son and I as we are going through some personal things atm that is wearing heavy on his sweet little heart and that made his day he felt like a VIP. He's still buzzing !! Thanks so much to the New Market team you guys and the AB's made it a morning my son and I will never forget

If you like Adidas then this is the place to be I enjoyed there selection at the time I went in. Really good quality and long lasting material. Male staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable which helped me decide on different styles and sizes suitable for my children who weren't there. I like they have a children's section It is accessible lots of space too freely move around in.

We went all over Auckland to various Rebel, Stirling Sports, Nike, Adidas and Footlocker stores but only this place had a good selection of children’s wear to choose from. The rest had one or no outfits. Went in specifically for tracksuits and was able to purchase the perfect set for my nieces 1st birthday. Good they offer Afterpay, it’s a shame though that their website doesn’t as thats where the best stuff is at. On our first visit no staff greeted or attended to us however the second time was the complete opposite and the female cashier was very friendly

Walked in in an empty store looking to find out about running shoes. The young man behind the counter was inconvenienced by me asking for help. Asked specificly what differentiates the different models of running shoes as I'm just getting back into running. I was told its all looks and personal preference. No technical explanation was given and was told i can go find all the specs on the internet. With that I let the young man go back to his cellphone and I walked out. I love Adidas quality, but I'm not getting my gear from that store.

Considering I counted 3 staff member for such a small store(unles one of them was a friend), not once was I approached by any of them. Zero customer service. As for the stock. What stock? If I could give a minus 10 I WOULD.
