Friendly staff, helpful and efficient. Went to see what footwear was assure for my son who has orthopedic needs, staff were knowledgeable and my son now enjoys wearing shoes. Thank you

Today there was no customer service at counter and when a young man did present himself after 2 minutes there was no greeting so i just asked for a voucher. He had no smile amd no manners. The girls that are normally there are really nice and helpful but i did not see them today. Think this lass needs some training on customer service!
A bit hit and miss in this store. The younger employees I have seen working seem like they almost don't even want to be there while most (not all) of the older employees seem to actually care about their customers. One of the times I went in the store I approached someone at the counter and asked if they had a particular item. Their response was for me to go over to a certain isle and look there for it...... Seriously.... Out of the 5 times I've been here recently, I've been disappointed 3 times (and almost a 4th). All things considered, there was a mature gentleman there by the name of Dave or Dale who was by far the most friendly and helpful. He actually took the time to help me, answer all of my questions and explain everything to me in detail. Because of him, I will continue shopping here.

Have been in several times and never asked if I needed help, good layout but that's the only positive for me. Terrible customer service and had a pair of adidas scuffs fall apart only 2 weeks after buying them. Took them back but was told it was my fault and would be up to me to repair. I buy my kids shoes there so will have to continue buying from there but will be a quick in and out.
