Exceptionally poor customer service!!! Four staff members chatting to each other behind the counter in a store with a few customers in the whole store. Three times I had go up to ask for help but no one offered to sort out my inquiries. When they didn't have the size I needed I was told they only had what was on the shelf. But their other branches had that size in stock.....they couldn't be bothered to ring one and find that out for me!

Absolutely disgusted with the "manager" Mark and his poor customer service. Purchasing my daughter school shoes and also getting the price promise from previous receipts of 300 of items brought 5 days prior. Well Mark is taking care of the price promise etc another staff member puts shoes thru the till besides marks I pay for them and hand them to my daughter and her dad. Mark gets to the end of what he is doing and asks if I want to put the money from the price promise on the shoes, I declined and said I had already paid for them. He puts the money on my card and quite rudely right in front of me asks the staff member if I did actually pay for the shoes. I feel quite insulted and ask him if he believes I am a lier having to question staff when I'd just told him they were paid for. He went bright red and didn't respond. I told him he should be ashamed of himself and left. I felt judged, looked down upon and disgusted in the customer service.

Huge store and spaced out well, Excellent customer service the lady at the checkout was very polite and friendly they help me find what i was looking for, which made the process very smooth and welcoming. definitely some bargains to be found here during sales.
