Great customer service for the most part. However I took the same bag in to get a small zip replaced and both times they just put the runner back on the teeth and called it good. I think I'll go somewhere else to get macpac stuff repaired from now on. Need gear I can rely on not bodge jobs.

Staff are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly, and go above and beyond to help out with a purchase, product support (such as a pack repair of an old faithful) and my adventures! I absolutely recommend them and the products they sell, many of which I have been using for decades as a (now former) Outdoor Education teacher.

Good stuff, but the price is uncanny! If you value your money, don’t come here. There’re waaayy cheaper places, with similar quality merchandise as Macpac
