Best time to buy warm winter garments at discounted prices. I think most of the Macpac shops need a few more customer service personal to assist the customers. I have seen customers waiting for long to get assistance.

Both the store manager and Dan were absolutely incredible in helping me out with a return that most retailers would've left me high and dry with ! Having borrowed the Apollo tent for my last 3 Great walks I'm extremely chuffed to finally have one of these myself; the things got plenty of space for 2 gear, it's light, compacts well... literally perfect. Couldn't be happier with the outcome and bloody good customer service - cheers guys !
