I dont get acknowledged when I walk in and nobody asks me If i need any help. They should have the same service as mitre 10. Greeting people and offering assistance goes a long way. Its retail 101 isn't it?

Had a couple of nice staff helping and the product purchased was perfect

Went and bought 2 pairs of shoes just after 1pm. Shop was not busy. Plenty of shop assistants around but not 1 approached us to see if we needed any help or even acknowledged us. Shoe area untidy. We were served with politeness but at a speed if we were at a takeaway. Will think twice before I go back.

Very disappointing experience needing assistance with shoes. I did get some brief advice in the beginning, when I sought out and asked a salesperson. The shelves were messy and after spending an hour in the shop trying to find something suitable, no one offered any further help, so I left empty handed.
